trouble getting access to headlights and horn

Im having trouble getting to my horn and headlight assembly. im trying to check the wires running to the headlights and horn. the bubble like shells that block and seal the lights and horn seem stuck to the car. my trunk has some kind of liner all over the inside. i dont know if this is stock or if someone just wanted to protect the inside but it may be a problem of getting the shells off. How do you actually get behind the lights? id also like to replace one of my bright lights aiming adjusters (original broke). if anyone can help me thanks
