Default 8-door Help

Hello everyone, my Dad recently purchased a '64 Greenbrier 8 door. It has been kept inside since 1979 and was apparently parked due to a massive oil leak. I have a few questions, mainly because every other corvair we have baught in the past at least ran, rolled and stopped. The motor is from a early model sedan and has locked up from sitting all these years. The transmission is a powerglide and the previous owner said it shifted fine when he parked it. The brakes are shot, and Im sure it needs more work that I am not aware of at this moment. My basic question is, does anyone have a link to, or can write up a crude list of what I would need to replace or check to have a safe and road worthy van. Also, with the engine, I am willing to bet it will need to be pulled and broke free and rebuilt or ??? any advice on that would also be appreciated. Thanks to anyone who can help, and if anyone has any links to good tech sites or corvair speciality shops in Ohio I would really appreciate it.
