Default temp sender

hope someone can help
where is the temp sender location
and we dont have corvairs in aus
so no parts no manuals no info
so im here asking for help

The following is true for all except the '60 model.

ALL Corvairs have a cylinder temp sender located in the passenger-side head. It is a coarse thread into the head and can be seen only from the bottom looking up AFTER the lower shroud on that side has been removed. This operates the dash idiot lite (temp).

In addition, CORSAs and SPYDERs have a CYL TEMP gauge that is run by a fine-threaded thermister installed on the left (driver's side) head. The thermister looks like a small spark plug and has a threaded terminal on the top. The temp sender uses a push-on terminal to connect to the wiring harness.
