Default Looking for Wiring Harnesses

So my 65 Corvair has an electrical problem. There is a short somewhere. The horn, highbeams, rear left tail light, and rear left reverse light all for the most part dont work. The rear lights sometimes light up while the horn and high beams never work. It caused enough of a problem to short my entire engine and have me parked on the side of the road.

I figure a good solution would be to just have the entire chassis rewired. If anyone can help I was wondering on where to find a complete wiring harness for the whole car. Also if anyone might can estimate how much it would cost for me to take my car somewhere and replace all of the wiring for me would be awesome.

Thanks a lot for anyone out there.

Clark's Corvair parts for your specific model Vair. It is not that hard of a job to replace harness in a Corvair.Just get a Shop manual. You may want to replace a few grommets while you are doing the job.The wiring harness is in sections.Dash ,main ,engine, trunk, instrument, heater, wiper.Take photos while disassembling. The more photos the better.
