<VV> Convertible top doing a Statue of Liberty
A fellow Corvair enthusiast (not on the list) explained to me that the power
top on his '69 Monza stopped working halfway on it's way up. Now he cannot
put the car back in his garage. He asked me about it, and I suggested he tap
lightly on the motor and see if that might jar loose a stuck brush or
something. He said the motor makes a "click" when he moves the switch.
My question (s):
Has anyone out there experienced this same problem, and how can the top be
either put back down or up if the motor won't come around?
Thanks in advance,
Jeff Wiliams
