It's a turbo engine that somehow stuck a four barrel carb in place of the
turbo setup? Or is it the stock turbo that someone has grafted a 4 BBL on?
Either way, it sounds like a bad combo.

I've seen a setup like this successfully run... Holley 4bbl on a special manifold. But it took the guy FOREVER to get it dialed in.
Just the fact it's there would make me consider it first...
