<VV> Bumper and chin air dam
Hi folks,
Decided to give it a rest working on the wife's
Spyder for a bit, (actually I ran out of parts money
with Christmas coming <GGG>)
Anyway, I' m trying to put the front bumper back
on the 65 Corsa, and I am having a heck of a time.
Like the shop manual says, I have attached the
brackets to the bumper, and am now trying to get it
all to line up with the holes in the car. So far, no
luck. (yes, I have the right brackets in the right
place and going in the right direction or at least
according to the shop/assy manual I do)
The bumper is a re-chrome from one of the
vendors, and the front of the car was never hit, but
it just doesn't want to seem to fit/line up. Any tips?
I would appreciate it. I'm scared to death I'm going
to mess up the new paint putting the bumper on
Also, I'm putting a '66 type chin spoiler on the
front of the car, Any preferred attaching method for
this fiberglass wonder on a '65?
Thanks,
Glenn
