<VV> Towing a Glide, and towing with rear wheels on a dolly
I know that even the manuals tell you not to do it for any great
distance, but I remember coming back from the Atlanta Convention with a
64 Convert I had purchased, and around Cleveland the Blower bearing
exploded, so I had to resort to towing it behind my Impala with a dolly.
Approx 350 miles towed, and that PG suffered nata! It still shifts
smooth as silk.[almost as smooth as my Cave Car<g>] I read a post that
claimed he towed on a dolly with the rear wheels on the dolly. I
remember trying that once, and it swayed severely. Anyone know how to
tame it?
