Jeff,
You may have the distributor shaft misaligned by one tooth. I've run
into this before with points and electronic ignition. I find it works best
with the engine TDC number one firing the rotor should point directly
to the rear of the engine compartment. Then reset your timing advance.

lead edges of the pins. The timing is 6 inital,10 mechanical and the vaccum
is stopped 15.
Has any one else experienced any obvious "advanced arcing" like this or used
the combination like this? I would appreciate any comments.
